Being a freelance software developer I'm specialized in creating, adapting and improving software for mobile and embedded devices on POSIX operating systems like Linux. My expertise ranges from C and C++ application development to Linux kernel development.
I'm an expert GObject, Gtk+ & GNOME developer and an active member of the GNOME community. I authored and started the Tinymail project, which is a framework for building mobile mail user agents on mobile devices that ship with a GMAE environment (Gnome Mobile and Embedded). Samples of such environments are Maemo, Hiker, OLPC's Sugar, Poky and GPE.
During my professional career, though, I did several projects with Microsoft's C# and .NET development tools and environments. For those I used framework components like System.Windows.Forms and of course ASP.NET too. My most interesting projects were to be deployed on mobile devices and therefore used the Compact Framework .NET.
It didn't stop with .NET professionally and C as a hobby. At some point during my professional career I started doing consultancy as a Linux software developer. I implemented and worked on larger projects for Nokia, Maia Scientific, Lannoo, Boehringer Ingelheim, Newtec Cy., Alstom and Alcatel-Lucent.
